About RidezoUS
Last updated September 1, 2026
We are building a ride service that treats the people in the car, on both sides of it, as the point of the business.
What we do
RidezoUS connects riders with licensed drivers for on-demand trips. You open the app, say where you are going, and a nearby driver takes you there. The fare is shown before you book, the route is tracked while you ride, and the receipt lands in your account when you arrive.
Why we started
Ride-hailing solved a real problem and then spent a decade making it worse. Fares that change between the estimate and the charge. Support that answers a week later, if at all. Drivers who cannot tell what a trip pays until it is over.
We think a ride company can be run without those habits. Not by being cheaper than everyone, which is a race nobody survives, but by being predictable. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. A person answers when something goes wrong. Drivers see the fare and the destination before they accept.
How we operate
Drivers
Every driver on RidezoUS holds a valid state licence, carries the insurance their state requires of a transportation network company, and has passed a criminal and driving record check. Those checks are repeated periodically, not only at sign-up. Vehicles must meet the age and inspection rules of the city they operate in.
Pricing
Fares are calculated from distance, expected time, and demand in your area at the moment you book. When demand pushes the price up we say so on the screen, with the multiplier visible, before you confirm. Tolls and airport fees appear as separate lines on your receipt rather than being folded into the fare.
Safety
Trips are tracked from pickup to drop-off. You can share a live trip link with someone you trust from inside the app, and the emergency button connects you to local services with your location already attached. Every trip is tied to a named driver and a plate number that you can check before you get in.
Payments
Cards are charged after the trip ends. We keep the brand and the last four digits of your card so you can tell your payment methods apart. The full card number, expiration date and security code are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.
Where we operate
We serve riders in the United States and accept US-issued credit and debit cards. Coverage varies by city; the app will tell you when you are outside a service area rather than leaving you waiting for a car that is not coming.
The company
RidezoUS, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware and based in San Francisco. Our registered address is 1201 Market Street, Suite 400, San Francisco, CA 94103.
